Do the 4+you players like you were going to do. we could switch out for each session, and odds are some others will join by then.

Wait, didn't you say there'd be 6 players in the first session?

Anywho, are you going to roll all the dice now? I'm not very familiar with the exact rules.

My mistake. Anyway, I'll explain.
This is the Setup: the character creation section of Fiasco. We'll establish the situation, the characters, and maybe a few of the stakes. This is half dice rolling and half creative exercise.
At the start, you gather up all your dice (Which are D6s, standard gambling dice) and roll them. The amount of dice is a simple formula: four per player. Since we have six, that's 24 die. Neat, huh? Anyway, here's the results straight from this dice roller.

(4,4,2,5,3,6,2,5,4,6,2,5,6,1,3,4,3,6,3,6,6,1,2,6)

That's seven 6s, three 5s, four 4s, four 3s, four 2s, and two 1s. If my counting skills are correct, that is.
During the setup, players take turns (Traditionally whoever grew up in the smallest town goes first, but for the sake of privacy we'll just go by whoever came first in the list) determining details about their character. You can find these in the little spoilers I put up in the OP. Every player has to have a relationship with the person above and below them (The list loops around, so Harry_Baldman is right below me. For reference, I'm below Salsacookies), and there should be at least one object and location in play.
Now, here's how it goes. From here, you take a die from the pile (For instance, I could take a 1) and you take a Detail or a relationship. This is between you and another player, even if it's an object/location. So, in this hypothetical scenario, I'm going to say I have a Family relationship with Salsacookies, since Family is the first option in relationships and thus matches the die. I could then take another die, like a six, and say I'm a distant/unusual/unofficial relative since that is the sixth option on the family table.
You can also declare relationships and details for other players, if you want. It's not required.
Okay, Harry_Baldman, you're up. Remember, you should have a relationship with the people above and below you.

I'll go ahead and take... Work with Fniff.

That leaves seven 6s, three 5s, four 4s, four 3s, three 2s and two 1s.

First thing, nah, you post in the thread. Other thing, one added detail per turn, not four.

Hrm... I guess taking two die at a time is okay, I don't see anything specifically against it and it would speed things along. However, if you're unsure you can just declare the initial relationship (As in, family, work, etc) and leave it open for other players. That leaves seven 6s, three 5s, four 4s, four 3s, two 2s and one 1.
A1s' up next.
So far, I have a work relationship with Harry, and Harry/High are either cousins or are uncle and nephew. Or aunt and niece.

Ah, yes it is mine.

I'll declare crime with Playergamer. (Should characters have names? At this point in the game, I mean.)
