Hello there everyone! Alex Poysky, the Producer behind Pixel Piracy here.

A year ago, bay12 helped our fledgeling studio release it's game when I decided to pirate it and give it to anyone who asked for it. It's been a year, and Pixel Piracy has sold surprisingly well.

Our little studio is now a medium sized one, employing over 10 people from all over the world who work full time (We made Pixel Piracy on 3 hour a day shifts between two people, we had day jobs, which is why it's still a bunch of bugs piled onto a game!) on new projects.

This is the second of such projects. Which launches in January!

I wanted to share images of it with you guys in advance prior to launch, for old times sake.

I'll try and get a pre-launch alpha to people who want to be in our test group as well!

You won't make a ship this time around. The entire game concept is different, as is the gameplay structure ^^

I hope the interface is a bit better.  I liked Pixel Piracy but it took me a while to wrap my head around the UI.

Purrhaps researching modules and salvaging intactish modules to reverse engineer that you can sttatch to the ship could be part of it?

That's a neat idea Kevak, I guess we'll just have to wait until January to find out! YEP IT LAUNCHES IN LESS THAN A MONTH ^^

I'll keep my eye on this. I still havn't got the funds to purchase the last Bay12 game... But Eventually.
