Chapter 1:Ability ScoresEach character has 7 "ability scores" that determine the results of their actions (See Table 1-1). All scores start at a base of 0, but the player may invest up to 13 points to improve them, with a maximum of 5 points to a score. If a score is left at 0, then...

Chapter 2:Dice MechanicsWhen a character does an action, a number of d6's are rolled to determine the result. This number is the related ability score + applicable bonus dice. There are two types of rolls: Regular (Table 2-1) and Hardcore (Table 2-2). The result is determined by the amount of successes (dice that rolled above a certain number) that are in these rolls. Usually 2 successes will fully achieve your goal in an unopposed action. In an opposed action, however, greater successes wins.

Chapter 3:MiscellaneousExperience Points:When your character succeeds in an tough actions, or thinks outside-the-box, you may gain "experience points" (XP). You can spend 5 XP to gain a bonus dice for a certain action permanently. There is no limit to this, but the price will increase for improving an action again. You can also spend 15 XP to add a point to an ability score permanently. There is also no limit to this, and the price will increase similarly.
History Roll:When your character is created, a "history roll" will be made using some of your stats. This will determine how your character's life/studies have been going.

Description: Birger is a Australian male and has a bit of a tan. He is not as strong as the Australian stereotype may claim but he is more then perceptive enough to survive in a country where a tiny spider can fatally poison you. He has green eyes and black hair.
Bio: Birger was an activist a few years ago and still maintains the speed and eyes needed to avoid getting caught by the cops. He is now working at a library and has been looking through the old books for clues on some of the experiments being preformed he saw during his activist years. Some of the books seem like they could be more then just fiction, like maybe that book on raising dragons or summoning demons. Yeah right when pigs fly but it's the only source of info he had so he tested the advice and it worked. This only brought up more questions and Birger was detemened to figure out what this was and how far down the rabbit hole went But now he has an aversion to sunlight and a mark on his arm bringing up more questions.
