Hi , let me use this thread to post help i need.

I have downloaded masterwork 6.2 , and when i launch DF with the Masterwork Settings program , the game crash. It seems that Dfhack have a problem. Dh hack write " Summon Hook actived " and then the game crash.

Needs more info. What OS are you using, and is there an error log in dwarffortress folder, and does the crash show any popup with a specific text?

I use windows 7 Pro. I see no error log in dwarffortress folder. Only a gamelog with " *** STARTING NEW GAME *** " written only . I play with the 6.2 version i just downloaded today.

In that case I cant help you much. With no logs anywhere, I cant begin to diagnose the issue. I can only recommend trying a clean download, updating your .NET Framework, or changing the printmode in data/init init.txt to 2D or STANDARD, whichever works. Maybe its Twbt thats crashing your game.

Someone told me to check my driver. I did it. Obviously , it was the problem. Thanks for your help

Give more details than that, please. Clearly, you see something; your monitor is probably on, after all. What is it that you do see?

I have suddenly gained the ability to see!

What I see here is my Dwarf Fortress folder.  Within it is the whole folder than contains dwarf fortress.  Below is where I have downloaded Masterwork.  Below are some website links. 

What I don't see is any settings or something of the like of which I could open up and find a GUI.
