Jen grumbles.
"Waste of good alcohol..."
She puts up her shield as she watches her opponent's movement.

"The good part is up for debate."
Galen charges forward aiming to plow into his opponent hard enough to knock her off balance.

Jen grins as she sees him charging. She digs her feet into the ground, and tilts the bottom of her shield slightly up, to hit his leg as he charges into her.

Ao studies how his teammates fight, seeing if he can pick up any good tactics to meld into his style.

Galen trips on the bottom and grabs the top of the shield, using his forward momentum to lever himself up into a kind of odd handstand and bop his opponent on the head. This would be more impressive if it wasn't followed by him impacting with the floor face first.

Jen moves her head away to lighten the blow to just a graze.
"So... Predictable!"
She turns on her heel with the momentum of her throwing her shield at Galen as he falls behind her. Luckily she threw it a bit softer than normal, but it still hurts. It bounces back into her hand.

Reina glances over at Buki and immediately punches him in the face. "Let's see what you've got, kid. This is for wimping out on our spar last night."

Ao cringes at the punch, although it seems almost imperceptible.

Buki takes the hit, and grabs her arm in return, spinning HARD to sling her into a nearby wall! He wipes a bit of blood from his nose and grins, not moving to pursue her. If she wanted to continue, she'd have to come to HIM. "If you insist. Just remember you started this fight."

Galen coughs before getting up from the ground. He turns to look at Jen for a few seconds before charging her again. Must be used to not fighting someone with a shield.

Jen gets in her stance again, except this time, upon him running into her she pushes him back using her leverage from being lower than him.

That would have worked had Galen not dropped into a power slide under the shield to strike at Jen's legs.

In that case, Jen falls onto Galen. The shield ends up separating the two. Jen sits up on the shield and starts punching Galen in the face while he's unable to block for a brief moment.

Galen takes the hits after stupidly headbutting Jen's fist. However that knocks some sense into him because he uses that opportunity to grab the shield with one hand attempting to roll himself and Jen so that he is on top.

Jen is now under Galen. She grins as spirals appear in her eyes and then her shield lights up and is sent flying up towards the ceiling with Galen on it. The shield and Galen smack into the ceiling. Jen stands up, kinda drunkenly.
