Seeing Galen go down, Buki glares at the large beastman and growls, his hands coming together as Spiral Energy starts charging between them. The energy takes on an unearthly green glow, illuminating him and the area around him as it swells, forcing his hands apart with the pure amount of Spiral Power coalescing in his hands. When it seems on the verge of bursting, he hurls it with all of his weight at Lina!

"TAKE THIIIIIIS!"

Buki casts Spiral Bomb Level 4 at Lina!

The battle frenzy has taken Tömas now; his eyes shine in berzerk anger and his mouth begins to flow with a light that makes his face take on a demonic look. A moment later a torrent of energy floods out from between his lips, propelled inoxerably forward by his scream of rage.

Do some really high-level spiral beam thing, delivered via yelling. Dedicate all my mana to it so it can do the most damage possible.

Ao looked between the fallen man and the giant, clutching his blade tightly. He had to make a decision.

He could wait one more moment for help. The monster needed to be taken down. Now.

He raises his blade and yells,
"I say when it ends!"
Wait for an opportune moment, waiting for an opening, then leap at the Beastman from a vantage point, casting Magnificent Blade.

~The Fight~

Ao notices the beast turn and takes the opportunity: She swiftly rushes forward and casts Magnificent Blade! [-4 SE]
[8 SKILL] VS [10-2 SPEED] She hits, dealing 9 damage and healing no HP.
[5 SKILL] VS [4-3 SPEED] She strikes once more and deals 9 damage!

C.L.A.I.R builds spiral energy.

[6 SE] Buki fails to cast the spell.

Galen gets up with a LOT of trouble, although he can't swing any type of weapon. His vision is double and blurry and he feels a throbbing pain in his head.

[28 SPIRIT] [-8 SE] Lina casts a Lvl. 4 Spiral Laser at Buki!
[9 SKILL] VS [9 SPEED] The spiral laser strikes him through the chest, dealing 31 damage! It seems his Spiral Shield saved him from going down.

Makan attacks from behind!
[9 SKILL] VS [4-2 SPEED] He hits and deals 8 damage!

Jesse punches again!
[5 SKILL] VS [1-3 SPEED] She hits, her fist forcing through the monster's chest that is coarsing with green energy. Her arm goes through and the spiral energy emanating off of it dissipates in an explosion, leaving only the beast girl laying on the floor.

The party receives 40 XP each!

Almost immediately, Ao gets to Galen's side, leaving the beast girl. He sheathes his sword as he does so.
"You'll need medical attention."

Galen shakes his head as he sways.
"No need for that, just get me my beer."

The youth shakes his head.
"You're barely standing. Spiral Energy or not, you need help."

[Xantalos]

The swelling light in Tömas' face slowly fades.

So, beast girl, eh? Time to make sure you don't come back.

The light, instead of dissipating, moves to his hand.

Summon an axe made up of Spiral Energy.

Buki staggers a bit, the hole in his chest causing him quite a bit of pain as he moves closer to the beast girl. He looks at Tömas, unsure if he's hallucinating from the blood loss, and stands between him and Lina.

"Don't you DARE touch her. She's sick, and we need to find her a doctor."

Tömas looks at him, almost confusedly.

"No doctor can cure her blood. She descends from a line of traitors dating back a millennium, and now she dare use the Spiral against it's intended? She must die."
