"The Simon? Wow. Your father has quite the legacy to live up to... fortunately, from what I've heard, you should be able to just fine."
Is that condescension? It's hard to tell through Jen's haze of booze. Her beer goggles do, however, clearly make Issan out as a total hottie

Yuna exits Conglomerate, and facepalms at the drunken Jen.

Arthur does not seem inclined to salute someone who is openly drunk on duty, either.

"Of course. How disrespectful of me."
He performs a proper salute, and maybe a bit of hotness gets through, but that's subjective. Is it? Probably.
Issan then nudges Arthur in the ribs.

One very halfhearted salute occurs.  It almost resembles a facepalm...

Buki lands and exits his mech a few moments later, missing Jen's declaration. "We're back Dave. Sorry to take you on the ride. I'll see you around." He yawns, looking to the new people. "What's going on now?"

[SOLDIER First]

"Officer Issan Nils. Commander Viral sent us to assist your group."

[FelixSparks]

Buki nods, extending a hand. "Buki Rogen. Nice to meet you." Interestingly enough, the man HAD just gotten out of what appeared to be Lagann...

[SOLDIER First]

Issan takes it firmly.
"The same... Say, is that Gunmen the one I think it is?"

Buki nods, following Issan's gaze. "You mean Lagann? Yeah, I've been taking him out recently. Long story. I assume you've been briefed on the important bits."

[SOLDIER First]

"We have."

[FelixSparks]

"Then we should probably get going."
