I got a kid who's in a strange mood. When checking what the outcome would be when it failed, I saw in his profile that he "Is assertive to the point of aggression, unwilling to let others get a word in edgewise when he has something to say" but also "Is unable to make decisions without a great deal of input from others."

I dunno what you think, but that's rather hypocrit from my view.

That's not necessarily hypocritical. He likes to dominate conversation but isn't a strong decision maker. Even if it was why wouldn't dwarves be as hypocritical as people can be? Descriptions often highlight two traits as being at odds with each other.

So he yells at people "give me ideas!" then says nothing while listening but doesn't hesitate to interrupt at first inkling of a question. No hypocrasy there.
