AAET Orders:
The H-36s are to intercept the nearest UFO with roughly the same size as the H-36s in the air and engage it. If there are no such UFOs in the air they are to escort the Whitehawk which will carry the Spec-Ops team to the nearest attack site. If the H-36s do engage a UFO and it crashes, the Spec-Ops team will fly to the crash site and neutralise all aliens present.

The Military Squads are to continue patrolling major population centres for alien activity, and are to call in help from the Spec-Ops team if they encounter such.

AAET will recruit 5 scientists for 10 credits. 5 scientists will work on getting a semi-automatic grenade launcher for AAET forces, while the other 10 scientists will start work on an afterburner modification for the H-36.

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

Kiryu-Kai

Hire ten additional scientists for Twenty (20) credits.. Equip half of Spec Ops with the rifles. Also I assume a few prototypes were made of various equipment during R&D? Equip those.

Buy a sniper and 12 NVG's for 5 Credits. Equip.

Keep with current research. Add researching Electrolasers to the research topic list.

Let the engineers tinker with things, see if they can come up with anything fun when they sit around.

Intercept and attack aliens within reasonable range of the base.

((I think that's four research topics, Sorries if I did an extra.))

Just that the U.S. government usually has a plan for almost anything stored somewhere.
I'll also fix the scientists.

You can build a production line and sell guns for credits, right?
The supply of stuff you get from a production line is really like one object, so you can't sell/trade individual items from it, but you can sell/trade/buy what's basically the rights to the products of the production line. Just keep in mind only one person can use it at a time.
Example: If I'm making special guns at a production line, I can trade the production line to another non player country/player for another production line, some tech, a fee every turn, etc. and that player/country will get the virtually infinite supply of stuff from the production line, but not you.

What happens to your equipment when you transfer the production line? Also, can you trade individual items? There's an exploit here.
I would instead suggest that production lines should lower credit spending (to 50% of nominal, or 25, the object here is to prevent the player from saying "I maek gazillion rifals!") and that items being traded only arrive at the end of turn. This way, a player can make some creds trading his stuff, but it's more convenient for others to make stuff at home, plus it might piss off their government. Now it's a decision.
