My current strategy for LCS involves getting myself arrested as often as possible (so I can defend myself excellently and get juice), but I can't figure out how to get myself arrested short of committing crimes like vandalism until I get caught. So, is there any way to turn yourself in to the police directly?

Loitering.  Do it naked in front of em.  Usually works without a hitch, last I played.

Just try to pick the locks at the police station, walk around the restricted area.

Or buy some spray paint and tag the walls.  You'll lose the spray paint but promote better policing.

It went wrong for me once.  I hit "S" one too many times, and got shot for it.
Still, free clothes and juice is nice.

Yeah holding S down is dangerous. What I do is smash a door down to make conservatives suspicious then just stand around in front of a cop until I can surrender to them.

Of course usually I do this with hippies to train up my sleeper lawyer.
