Wilhelm is walking down the sstreets of Halo, from the Al-Hazar offices to the family compound when an angry mob appears and starts throwing bottles and stones. One of the Guards goes down and immediately the nervous Al-Hazar Bodyguards open fire on the mob. Panik stricken many run for their lives trampling others, but a majority stays on now only reinforced in their rage and now molotov cocktails and pistols are drawn. In a mere minute the main street in front of the Al-Hazar villa turns into warzone as angry rioters fight the al-hazar bodyguards, which take down the angry but disorganized with prejudice. Soon the streets flow red with their blood.

When they finalyly realized what they have gotten themselves into the Protesters attempted to flee but a very, very angry Wilhelm orders his men to make short work of them, joining in on frenzied manhunt.
In the end one Al-Hazar Household Guard died and over 300 protesters, were either wounded or killed.
Even worse Minor Nobles, Courtiers and understandably Mercenaries and Personal Bodyguards are protesting against the new laws of the Emperor. To take away the customary amount of Personal Guards is an outrage! For now they are only complaining, but seeing as already outraged mobs are rampaging in the streets it might be better to reconsider.

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen. Today we are gonna have the first Duel in the New Winter Season. Today we have two Newcomers to the Imperial Dueling Scene. Lady Keela Salyar is an old hand back on Si'kar and has learned some dirty tricks there. Opposing her is Lady Aerys Azores from the Great Azores family. Lady Aerys is also the administrator of the infamous Duelling School on Agri-prime.
Indeed Hank, today will be interesting indeed. the Si'kar Dueling style is vastly different from the School teached at Agri-Prime. You can already see it at the choice of weapons, Aerys is using a dagger and an estoq, while Keela has chosen a heavy axe and a round shield. Hank tell me what happened to the Wireblades of old?
Good that you ask Jim. The grave duelling wounds with wireblades have led to their abandonment in the sportive events, we want to see blood but not butchery. Thus the wireblades are nowadays only see in Serious Duels Between nobles. And there goes the first round!
We immediately see that Aerys is quite agile with that estoq and OUCH, that was the elbow a clean hit. Lets see that in replay again.

Second Round, and the both opponents are circling each other and Keela charges, slips and runs over the suprised Aerys. What is she do- Pancreator preserve that was a clean hit in the hip. Lady Aerys is now bleeding heavily, that wound will indeed stay. It doesnt look good jim...
Right you are Hank, injuries like those can be career-ending! And now Round Three. Both are circling each other again, Keela is now using that round shield to defend agains tthat estoq hits, but it was only a feint, Aerys passes her defenses and hits her in the face with the dagger...that was a clear hit!
The referee declares it a hit, and starts round four. Both opponents are now swaying it is clear that they can't go on for much longer. Once more they hit each other, Aerys graceful movements have become swaying and unsure and Keela has thrown away her shield , charges and OH. that was not very lady -like.
That some regulation clobbering there Hank. Kicking somebody between the legs is not forbidden per-se but...WHAT? How can he accept that as a hit? THAT IS AN OUTRAGE!
Calm down Jim, as you said it is not forbidden. An even duel, however Aerys showed clearly the better performance, which Keela Salyar made up with sheer brutality. If the season continues like that we might see more than just broken hip bones. In my opinion something we can see forward to.
