Though TBF, reduce the number of equipment your mech has by like 2. Everyone else has 2, but because of Arthur's skill and perk, I'd say he engineered some shit.

His exosuit can give +5. As for his equipment, go for like +6 to something (like +6 DEF or STR, etc.)
