Where is everyone now? I probably need to put a reason for my character to be there in the backstory, or she'll just be hanging in Kamina city until plot finds her.

What exactly is going on, plot-wise, right now? I can probably work her being there into it as having been visiting a relative.

for speed, a weak is like +5. for strong, +10

As in, a +5 Damage weapon is considered weak, and a +10 is considered Strong, right?
