Name: Reina Littner
Age: 19
Description: Average height, fairly fit, long red hair usually tied up in a bun. Fair skin and hazel eyes. Wears a tight-fitting tanktop with baggy cargo shorts, combat boots and an ammo belt.
Reina was born to well-known hero Yoko Littner and a small-time metalworker named Markis. Yoko had already become a teacher by the time Reina was old enough for school, and she regularly attended her mother's classes, despite being thoroughly home-schooled. She was interested in the Beastman and Anti-Spiral wars, and admired her mother's part in them, although Yoko was, at that point, going by an alias and trying to stay out of the spotlight.
Reina begged her mother to teach her how to fight, and how to shoot. Yoko, resistant at first, found that she could not stop Reina from learning on her own, and instead offered her a safe environment to train, eventually letting her pilot a Gunman, albeit for a short ride.
Eventually, she became bored of life on the small island she had grown up on, and when she was old enough to leave on her own, she flew out to Kamina city, hoping to find some mercenary work and maybe make a name for herself. What she got was even more than she'd hoped for.

Core Drill Fragment - This small glowing green drill is a fragment of the Core Drill, broken when Gimmy was killed attempting a Giga Drill Break against the Nemesis. Its power can be invoked to give automatic success to any roll once per campaign, and can be used to create a Giga Drill Break. +3 SPIRIT per level. Reina keeps this displayed around her neck at all times.
Abilities:
Spiral Shot - Reina can infuse a bullet with spiral energy, dealing an extra +2 damage.
Giga Drill Break - Finisher move. Uses the rest of the player's SP, and deals bonus damage equal to SP spent *2.5. Automatically hits, but cannot crit. Takes a turn to charge, where they are unable to dodge incoming attacks. Once you finish charging it and are attacking your target, you cannot cancel your attack.
Perk: Steady Hands: While moving or standing on something which is moving, Reina has one less penalty point than normal. (e.g. -3 becomes -2, -1 becomes 0, etc.)
