I am quite looking forward to the next 20 or 30 years or so of developmental madness

You shouldn't have let me in, I'm fairly sure I'm cursed and most games I take part in die

so this is dead huh?

No it's definitely not dead!

I was very busy with work the past week , so no time for *fun* or forum-lurking.

Go ahead and play the next year. It would be convenient to say so on this thread when someone starts with which year to avoid parallel plays. A short summary of events afterwards would be nice as well.

Having said that, i would very much like to play again in a future year (after others) as well, for the same reason as yours: to see what happened :)

EDIT: It stays first come, first serve, just announce you want to pick next year and play. If you wait too long with actually playing when it's your turn - say... 2 days without further notice - it's free for anyone else to pickup where the fort was.
