« on: December 07, 2014, 12:34:35 am »

Ola.

Some challenge appreciated. Drunken mishaps and total failures accepted.

Initial savegame: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=10195

Embark = 2x2, warm, multiple minerals in top, one or some in deep lvs, 1/2 wilderness, 1/2 haunted

Post back first year, I'll take second year :) and let's see what happens after that.

Is this a succession fort? if so, i'm third. Or is it just you want someone to get you past first year?

I can't play tonight. But I can tomorrow.

Make it EPIC, make it inevitable ;)

well I'm playing 40.19 so far, and it is working (if you don't count that random crash) fine, so I guess we keep going with that?

SAVE:http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=10198
so you didn't mention that the embark is half evil.
I think it's not so evil though, it just rains elf blood all the time.

I took the liberty of dwarfing myself and blegh

my computer can't open .rar files for some reason. Can the next player please make their file a .zip file?

Sorry for the delay. I had some problems opening the save. Using lazynewbpack with dfhack preinstalled seemed to do the trick :)

Now playing!

21 dwarves already, bedrooms and a well with water access to the first cavern. Nice :)

Will make zipfile.

Our military and defenses are still rather pathetic, but we have a hospital, working cloth industry and magma forges.
