It'll also tell us if the south team will ever attack us, or merely sit. I'd rather not be in a fight with the bridge team while the south heads up to also attack us.

Vague rambling plan.

If we're lucky, both Mercenary B (presuming Jazz attacks him) and Bandit D will die.

Fiona or Laz should vuln our downed unit, probably Fiona since all the axes.

If the merc dies, I'll probably park Laz where Merc B is so as to stem the tide a bit, he may get some lucky dodges because axes (although I'm not particularly optimistic). I'll have him throw a knife at the other merc to get him within killable range. Being danced could lead to a third possible kill this turn, which would be nice.

Edited Laconic: Bandit D might die because Wrath, Jazz should probably attack Merc B and hopefully kill him. Laz can take Merc B's spot and throw a knife at the other mercenary. If he gets performed, he can throw a second and possibly net us a third kill. Fiona should probably vuln Kryah, although she is still listed as alive so I'm not entirely certain. I assume she's downed though, because of the map.

We could alternatively perform Jazz and lower the health of one of the hatchet bandits, but I'm more a fan of more kills.

I'm tired and don't understand words. Your call if you want to canto away or not, but it might be wise to do so since you have the most vulns on you and the easy ability to reach us.

Okay, looking back I think the vague plan was to try and net a third kill by:

Laz heading to where Merc B was (M8) and throwing a knife at Merc C
Gallus performing Laz
Laz throwing a second knife at Merc B

I strongly suggest against Powder's current move. It won't down him, but it won't do much. You'd be trading dealing 5 damage versus taking 9. I instead suggest he vulns our downed member.
