Also, Gig, apparently you forgot that Jazz has vantage, so unless the bandits have a whole lotta speed, she probably counters first. It's SPD, not AS ftr

So, that last house. I think I got a plan for getting us there, but sadly it is a plan with no backup and stretches us a touch thin.

The first thing it requires is Tir's character, Kyrah, rescuing the soldier out of his spot and staying where she is.
The second thing is Sirus' character, Jasmine, moves to where the soldier was and fwooshs the bandit. She has a 90% shot, and if that fails, the plan falls apart.
The third part is Sword's character, Zahir, smacks the bandit in his face. He autos, thanks to his personal skill.
From there, Fiona, Powder's character, needs to move to either N7 or M6 and wait. She can take a pot shot at the soldier if she wishes.
From there, Mastah's character, Gallus, needs to perform for Fiona. Fiona can then nab the house and canto to a safe spot on the river enemies where enemies can't reach her unless they materialize a longbow outta nowhere.

So there's a 90% chance this plan will succeed, but sadly I don't see any way to make that assured. Jasmine attack fails, we lose the house and just smash our way through the enemies as per normal.

Fiona will be safe where she is, but Gallus will be very open for attack and the battle would be joined by the enemies down below. Hopefully, whatever is in that house is worth it.

I checked the enemy stats and Jazz has Vantage over just about everyone. Maybe not the boss, but definitely all of the cannon fodder. There's a reason I put +2 in SPD at character creation

Doublechecked, and yes: Jasmine has Vantage over every enemy on the map. She has 6 SPD, while the next closest has 5. I'm willing to accept the results of last turn (because I'd rather have a dead enemy than an unwounded character), but please try to remember in the future, Gig

Yeah, I screwed up there and accidentally looked off of the female bandit's stats.

There's a workaround though, that still works as planned.

Fiona can still get the spot she needs to be, but in order for Gallus to perform her, we need another spot. So there's two ideas we can go off of.

One, she rescues Jasmine and goes to her spot. This puts her out of the fight, but Laz can take her spot and try to kill the bandit. From there, the plan goes as usual, but Fiona has Jasmine with her.

Two, she instead rescues the now downed Zahir, and Laz takes his spot and tries to kill the bandit. We won't have Zahir for longer, but it will stop his counter and we won't be losing a fighter.

I'm double checking everything this time to make sure I'm not messing anything up again.

EDIT: Fiona can indeed rescue Zahir/Jasmine, and Laz autohits for 5, so this workaround can indeed work.

Fiona will be safe from enemy attacks once this plan is completed, right? I recommend she takes Zahir along, so the main party will have a mage to take advantage of the enemy's nearly nonexistent RES.

Yeah, where she's going, they'll need a weapon with a range of 3 to touch her. Its the spot one north and two left of the door of the house.

By the way, I'd be amazed if Fiona couldn't rescue any single person in the party. Pegasi give a pretty nice bonus to AID, to the point where I think only Tiruin's character might be too heavy.

I wasn't sure mostly due to Zahir having 10 CON even though all of us are still trainees, so I had to double check. Even though pegasi gives... 12 AID, if I recall? Mostly to get me back in the habit of double checking, instead of just assuming, which is what screwed this plan up.
