"You're prone to it yourself." Haruka grins as she feels around with her foot for her bag. "Anyway, what are you doing now? I still haven't quite become used to the school day here."
Kumori sets off to her next class.
Maria needs to sign up for clubs, and asks a guy with blonde hair where to do so. The guy, who's a little preoccupied, gives her some directions (and a recommendation to join the art club). Maria says thankyou and sets off.

Ryu looks over at Suzu "Starting on the first can already?"

"Of course."

The place where one must sign up for the clubs is at the school council room, assuming the council president is there.

After presumably being told that by a random teacher, Sakura takes Mika with her to the student council room, and if the council president is present, signs up for anime/manga and inquires about starting a video game club.

After being lead to the council room, Mika waits for Sakura to ask for her clubs first, she asks after Sakura.
"and..I'd like to join soccer and track....."

The president is a brown-haired girl with glasses. The placard on her desk labels her as 'Sumire Kamiki'.
"You two will have to ask for the respective presidents or captains of the clubs.

For you, Yamano-san, the president of the Manga club is Haruko Toriumi- she should be in the classroom opposite yours, and the Video Games club already exists. It's run by Yumiko Nanami, in class 3-5.

And for you, Kumata-san, the captain of the soccer club is Minako Inoue, in the same class as Toriumi-san. The track captain is currently away on a police course, but ask around later for a Kensuke Sohma.

"N-nope, thank you for y-your time." Sakura says, before going to join the anime/manga club first.

She gets there to see a load of people just sitting around and eating their lunch and chatting. No sign of Tatsuya, either, which means her moe stare didn't work.

Perhaps you should look around for Haruko. Scan the crowd closer.

That is exactly what Sakura does. Search for Haruko!

Mika shortly bows.
"That would be all, thanks..."
She then heads to where "inoue" is by following Sakura to the class.

She looks around and asks for Haruko.

She is directed to an auburn-haired girl who's currently sitting face down on her desk.

"E-excuse me? Haruko-san?" Sakura says, shaking the girl gently.

Haruko doesn't stir.

The blonde-haired girl next to her seems to be Inoue, from what Mika finds out.

Sakura shakes her a bit harder.

Haruko stirs slightly, but not fully awake yet.
