Haruka opens her mouth to speak, but shuts it again. Probably not best to interrupt him more than once. She listens to whatever Suzu and Kei are saying.

He continues sketching, almost all of his focus directed on the page in front of him

Suzu checks out one of her new magazines, while listening to Haruka and Ryu discuss prosthetic designs. Haruka would probably hear more page flipping, with the occasional "Hmmm" from Suzu.
Kei just reads over her shoulder. He's not much of a car person, but knows what Suzu likes.

He keeps sketching, trying to hide the occasional glances he's making at Suzu's left arm

Haruka just stands there, listening.

Suzu doesn't (or is pretending not to) notice what Ryu is doing.
"Why don't you sit down, Haruka?"

[Adragis]

"Hmm? Where?"

"Over here."
Kei guides Haruka over to a spot of grass in the shade under the tree where everyone is.

[Adragis]

"Ah, in the shade. Thanks, Kei." Haruka eases herself down to the floor, legs folded beneath her. It's more like kneeling than sitting, but it's how she's comfortable.

[Rhodus]

 He barely notices the conversation of the others

"Is this what normal teenagers do nowadays?"

Deciding he should probably take a break he snaps his notebook closed "Well if I ever meet a teenager who fits the description of 'normal' I'll be sure to ask them."
