[Adragis]

Kumori opens one eye and looks at the intruder upon her personal space. Her eye roams over the newcomer for a few seconds, picking out key features. It's her hand.

"Hello." says Kumori unenthusiastically.

[crazysheep]

"Mind if I sit with you?"

[Adragis]

"Sure."

[crazysheep]

Suzu sits next to Kumori. "You're new here, aren't you?"

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"I'll live, yeah."
"Tea? ...yeah, sure. Why not?"

Rin gives him tea just as the bell goes.

[Adragis]

Kumori nods.

[crazysheep]

"The way you drew your scarf up confirmed it. I'm rather new myself, haven't been here for long. Name's Suzu. You are...?"

[Adragis]

"Kumori." She shuts her eye for a second, then opens both, sits up and turns to face Suzu.

[crazysheep]

Suzu chooses her next words carefully.
"So, uh. People don't usually wear scarves in the middle of summer."

[Adragis]

Kumori laughs, or does she cough? It sounds the same. "I'm sure you can guess why I am."

[crazysheep]

Suzu giggles nervously.
"I can make a pretty informed assumption, but I'd like to confirm things for myself, if that's okay with you."

[Adragis]

"I'm scarred,  so I cover it."

[crazysheep]

"Hmm, straight to the point. Well, I don't think it's fair for me to ask to see how bad it is."

[Adragis]

Kumori looks a little surprised, or at least her eyes do, widening a little. "That's... considerate of you."
She stares at a tree in the distance, and starts trying to work out what type of tree it is.

[psionic nightingale]

The government and politics teacher is actually the headmaster, Mr. Sakuraba.
"Good day, ladies and gentlemen. Before we begin, I must ask. Have any of you any experience in this particular subject before?"

Jef enters the government classroom just as the teacher is done talking.

"I have."
