Yu has, at last, finished her miserable morning routine, and the furious girl has stormed her way into the cafeteria.
Kyo semi-blearily wanders a circuitous path from the dorms to the cafeteria. Perhaps he sees someone on the way there?
Jirou is rather slowly making his way into the cafeteria, now traversing a hallway close to the lunchroom itself.

Maybe he does!

Kyo's wandering path takes him to two interesting sights: a boy watching the area below from the heights of a rooftop (surveillance???), and Madoka's jogging path... Glancing in her direction, he marvels for a bit, watching the leg-impaired girl manage to jog, before feeling very strange about just watching her.

So he waves at her, and "Hey, Madoka!" And then, somewhat awkwardly blurted out as it comes to his head, "Do you think they station people on the roofs to watch us?"
