Rin wheels himself off and returns with a cup of steaming tea. He gives it to her.
"So, Miss Yui, how are you finding this school so far?"

Well it's full of nice people as far as I'm aware. So I'm liking it very much.

Rin says as he sips his tea.

A hint of red leaks into her cheeks.
I'm nothing too extravagant.

I'm from a small rural village not too far from Tokyo. We don't have much in terms of modern technology. Although we do have electricity and a communal truck. I used to be able to sing, as well. Probably the only one in the village besides my mother... I wasn't born mute, you see.

The bell sounds for dinner's end. Normally, students would be allowed out, but as this is the first day, students must be accustomed to their dorms and so must stay inside.

Students have to report to their dormitory buildings for a register by the dorm's patrolling teacher. They can then do whatever they like for another hour inside the dorm before curfew and then lights out.

You have ten minutes before the register.

Sayuri continues to eat. Fuq da polis promptly returns her dishes to the proper place, then waits around for the register.
