Any softness in Kumori's own expression quickly vanishes itself. "Just because you're coughing doesn't mean it's your lungs, you know. You could have, say, other abdominal injuries. I know that much." Kumori's face pulls off the 'threatening' look but her voice just sounds a little pathetic, stumbling over forcing out the word 'abdominal'.
