"I wouldn't say that, but I suppose it's a valid point." Haruka's a little taken aback by the hand squeeze but she assumes it must be the equivalent of a smile. "Now, what's your name? You seem like someone worth speaking to."

"Haruka. So, what're you doing around the dorms anyhow? I must say it's a fairly nice day." The hypocrisy of the statement was not lost on Haruka.

Suzu turns to glance out the window. "Oh, I just got here. Thought I'd check out the dorms and get some of my stuff put away, before I report to the office."

"Oh, so you're even newer than me! Well, I suppose I should leave you to i... unless, of course, you need any help?"

Haruka hears the flapping of an empty shirt sleeve.
"Yeah, I could use a hand, hehe." Suzu chuckles at her terrible joke. "But yes, I could use some help."

[Adragis]

"Ah! I suppose you do, at that. Now, if you'll excuse me asking, what do you need help with?"
Haruka is a little embarrassed, but reminds herself she couldn't possibly know about Suzu's missing hand, or arm as the case may be. Either way she wasn't the one who made a terrible joke about it.

"Oh, I just need to know what the layout of this place is like. I can sorta manage lugging my stuff around, don't worry about that."
Suzu is secretly relieved that her terrible joke wasn't waved away shot down.
