Kei eventually levers himself out of the beanbag and proceeds to checkout the textbook he was studying intently. He heads for the cafeteria too.

Rin is wheeled to the cafeteria by Akemi.

Madoka shows up, humming to herself as always, while Tatsuya enters.
Sumire stands up, checking her wristwatch.
I believe it is dinner time, no?

Kei watches the cafeteria fill with a growing mass of students lured by the promise of dinner.

He walks over to Akemi and co. "Mind if I join you guys?"

A fairly cute girl with scars on her neck, shows handwriting on a notepad.

"I'm Kei. Mr Okumura might have mentioned me this morning in class, I think."
