I have finally finished updating this with the new characters. I am also currently in the process of adding text colors to the table. Feel free to update your character's info, ships, etc. This table is for everyone to use and edit (their characters)

Re: variation: if absolutely necessary I think we could always use different fonts. Like this one, or this one.

Then again, I doubt we should have a problem with 2 or more characters using the same speaking colours, although that really depends on how you parse new posts (I match usernames to player characters, so I don't really confuse Kei's speech with Madoka's).
