Use the bathroom to brush our teeth, since we just went to the toilet.

You change out of your current clothes and into your bed clothes.
While changing, you notice your wallet is still in your pocket, so you set it on your desk so you don't forget.
You grab the stress reduction book and head to the bathroom again, setting the book down to open up the medicine cabinet.
It contains your toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as a bottle of vitamin suplaments.
You start brushing your teeth, and flip open the book to the front page.
The foreword looks to be about twelve pages long.

You are currently brushing your teeth with your right hand, and holding open the stress reduction book with your left. You are in your bed clothes. You are sleepy.

Spend five seconds on every tooth! Then head to bed to begin reading.

Stop reading after 5 pages and sleep.

Worry about whether or not you turned the stove off.

We got that stress reduction book for a reason, hehe.

You labourously brush all 28 of your teeth.
You then check to make sure the stove is off, which it is, before heading to bed.
You lay down on your mattress and start reading the stress reduction book.
The foreword is mind numbingly boring, so you skip to the actual book part.
You focus on the book as you begin reading, and practice the breath control it mentions.
You close your eyes and exhale.

You open your eyes. You're standing in a garden enclosed on all sides by paper walls.
There's a small river flowing through with a bridge crossing over it.
On the other side of the river is a person, facing away from you.

Walk over to the person to stand beside them.

Check to see if there is anything in the river.

You head to the bridge and look down at the water.
You don't see anything in it.
You approach the person.
As you draw near, their head swivels around to face you, revealing the face of an owl.
It stares straight through you, and mouths silent words.

"Hey Muut, how are you? Haven't seen you around."
"You're here to tell me the doctor swapped out my vitamins with anti-psychotics again, right?"

"Hey, Muut, how are you? Haven't seen you around.
You're here to tell me the doctor swapped out my vitamins with anti-psychotics again, right?"
Muut doesn't respond to this, and instead ignores you and somehow holds three arms towards you, each holding a book.
His face rotates until it's upside down, and holds the first book forward.
"Rewop"
He holds the second forward.
"Essenif"
He holds forth the third.
"Ecnailliser"
Muut doesn't seem to be very clever today.

As your hand nears the books, you hear a horrendous crash behind you and turn around to see what it was.
A rather tall, Latino man in a mariachi getup has appeared in a column of flame on the other side of the river.
He looks dangerous.
Muut seems to be urging you to choose quickly, now.
It feels somehow important.
