Add the electron the proton, then the neutron to the proton.

If you manage that, you may want to try your hand at making a hydrogen or deuterium atom.
A hydrogen atom requires one proton and one neutron- the base materials I requested be made.
Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen that has one neutron in its nucleus- the advanced material count.

Umadber makes another 11 electrons, 28 up quarks, and 23 down quarks, then slaps the quarks together to make 11 protons and 6 neutrons. Following this, all but one each of the protons, neutrons and electrons are slapped together to make (materials sufficing) 5 hydrogen and 5 deuterium.
And then just for the hell of it Umadber makes another 5 tauons.

You didn't specify who would be stolen from, and if your just pulling random quarks from other people indiscriminately its hard to hide your presence.

Also, if the nucleon formation is successful, try to form a helium atom, unless there aren't enough of them, in which case, go for deuterium.
