Well, that's the requirements.  Let's start rubbing them together and see what we can get.  Amino acids, perhaps?

Vellos creates a large variety of phosphorous compounds and mixes them into the amino acid cloud, as well as catalyzes reactions between some amino acids.  He also creates a hydrogen/nitrogen/sulfur atmosphere around the planet, held together by the mass of the planet.  He moves the planet to a point where it orbits the star and greatly increases the size of the star.

Make as many hydrogen atoms as possible and bunch them all together one by one until gravity+fusion (hopefully) takes place. Observe any fusion/gravity effects found if any.

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

Damn you, multiverse! Why must you make life so difficult?
Take the damn chemicals and smash them together to form a damn cell. I'd be more specific but I don't remember biology that well.

Create Extras of all my molecules, then dump my original batch into the bucket with the water, and Strike it with electrons until something neat happens.

Attempt to warp space.

Varan:
Code: [Select]
[3/6] An up. +2 QUARKCRAFT (3/6)
[4/6] A down. +3 (5/6)
[5/6] And others. +5 (6/6)

You also get some more electrons ready.

Voaster:
Code: [Select]
Well, leucine /is/ an amino acid.
Further, that's not how amino acids are formed.
The thymine and adenine spring together and so do the cytosine and guanine, but that's it.

Vexor:
Code: [Select]
You know that they all function as a cohesive entity, but you have no idea what forms they would take to actually accomplish something.
Visugee:
Code: [Select]
[6/6] Well, that was easy. +6 LEPTONCRAFT (6/6)

[8/20] No, this hydrogen resists. +1 ATOMCRAFT (1/20)
[19/20] This one does not. +6 ATOMCRAFT (7/20)
[7/20, 35% assist][no assist] This one does resist as well.

Vellos:
Code: [Select]
You add more gases to your planet and send it into orbit around the now much larger star, which has become yellow at this point.

You don't know exactly what you're looking for with the amino acids.

Vulex:
Code: [Select]
[18/20] You make a hydrogen atom. +6 ATOMCRAFT (6/20)
[12/20] You make another. +3 (9/20)
[19/20] Another. +6 (15/20)
[17/20] A fourth would run you out of time, but you manage to trivialise the action, giving you a plentiful supply of hydrogen, at the very least. +5 (20/20)

Hvlophex:
Code: [Select]
A lack of knowledge is exactly your issue.
Why don't you wait for Ms. Ossofic to continue their lesson?

Distrest:
Code: [Select]
You plop a mass of the requisite molecules into a bucket and go electric on it.
They do nothing.

You seem to be able to make the area of matter that you can manipulate smaller and larger, changing the size of your universe, but that's it.

Right, next order of business:
I do not take grades.
Consider yourselves lucky.

Now, make a DNA molecule usine the adenine, cytosine, thymine, and guanine I had you make, as well as chains of sugar-phosphates organized in a double-helix.
After that, we can cover orgaelles, and then cells, and then tissues, organs, so on, so on.

Do so in my lab, and after much thought, set up several circuits to lights on the console to make patterns of off lights, then set several chargeable bracket as "keys" for various characters, when various lights are turned off, it sets a circuit to a nearby area and allows a character to be made there,  expand it to about 140 characters before it stops.

Do as the teach says.  After that's done, rub 6 carbons, 12 hydrogens, and 6 oxygens together until they make something neat together in a nice open chain.

String two up quarks together with gluon, then combine them with a down quark to form a proton. Then try the same, but with 2 downs and 1 up. Then try some other combinations, like all 3 downs, all 3 ups, 2 downs, 2 ups, all linked, etc, trying to discover new stuffs.

Make an extreme amount of hydrogen atoms close together, and very carefully study the effects of gravity (and how to feasibly manipulate it) and nuclear fusion if any.
And if time permits, create hydrogen molecules and study gravity/nuclear fusion some more.
