How to raise juice above 200 with no crime or heat?

How do you raise juice above 200 without committing murder or doing something like hacking? I am trying to rank up my founder, but I do not want to risk his life.

With the founder, you can get juice from subordinates gaining juice.  But no matter what you do, you are never far from a Racketeering charge as the founder.

Okay, but I had some subordinates who got juice, yet my founder's juice did not go above 200.

I forget the formula.  Try subordinates with over 200 juice and actions that generate a lot of juice (read: violence).

Stealing doesn't have a limit to how much juice you can get (or if it does, it's well over 200). This requires a founder with Security and either Disguise or Stealth, though, to pull it off.

Security, incidentally, is fairly easy to get: recruit somebody who has it (e.g. a locksmith), put that person in a squad with the person you want to train, and send that squad to pick locks at the apartments. You only need one person with Security to pick the lock, and everyone in the squad will get lock-picking experience. Furthermore, it's not actually criminal to pick locks in the apartments (just don't do it in front of people).

Maybe I'm misremembering, but I know that it is possible to reach 200 juice through theft that you are not flagged for.

So are you trying for a pacifist run? Because you can have a follower rack up quite a bit of juice very quickly with a gun, and then dispose of them before it becomes a problem. Rinse and repeat.

My personal favourite way to raise juice is by repeatedly pressing the Big Red Button in the Nuclear Power Plant. It isn't all that hard with enough Stealth and a Ninja Suit or high enough Disguise and a Lab Coat. And it gives you ~100 Juice per Big Red Buttion press. The only downside is that you need a bit of Science skill[Takes a week or two of Science classes to get enough skill to press the Big Red Button in my experience.].

EDIT: Although I suppose that IS a crime. Still, with anyone with Security/Disguise skill[To break out of prison] or enough sleeper judges, you'll basically be fine if anyone gets captured. And community service lowers heat. Your founder usually has uber high persuasion skill, so you can often talk your way out of anything. I've been acquitted from entire KILLING SPREES with ~13-14 Persuasion.

You can get a lot of juice by defending yourself well in court against trumped-up loitering charges.
That's certainly not violent, and its hardly a crime.
Just turn yourself in on the last day of the month so you get transferred immediately and only have to wait one month to get your day in court.

EVERYONE in the LCS gets juice whenever a CCS hideout is shut down, I believe.  Or maybe it is only when the whole CCS is shut down.  Whatever, it is like 100 juice added.

Beat me to it. That includes sleepers, I believe, making it pretty damn awesome.

It's 200 juice when the CCS is defeated, but only if it is defeated (not merely a safehouse taken), and only then if the CCS is defeated by the LCS. If the FBI defeats the CCS, the LCS gets no juice.

It's 20 juice for the entire LCS to shoot down a bomber. Yes, that's the entire LCS, but doing this requires a very well-armed safehouse that you're probably going to eventually lose, which isn't something you can really accomplish without a tremendous amount of money (it's $35,000 minimum to buy an antiaircraft gun, and that's only with C+ gun control laws).

If you have a plan for what to do with sleepers who get caught, a good thing to do is to have your sleepers at important locations is to snoop for secrets. Cops, prison guards,  CIA agents, mercenaries, etc. are good for this, because you can turn them into gun squads and let them die in glorious battle if they get caught and fired (thus freeing up slots for more sleepers). Sleepers that are successful at snooping get juice, and will eventually get enough juice to recruit more sleepers.

Can't you find a single extremely loyal person who won't rat you out, then use them as a pseudo leader who goes around doing all the recruiting?
