three-fourths of a circle with a line through it. The 'hole' in the circle faces down-right and the line connects from one side of the circle to the top of the 'hole'

Hum, maybe we need to replicate the shape of the symbol with our heads and necks6 wizards are always waving their arms around. but we have many heads, while they have only two arms. If this works we could be great at wizard. hell we have so many heads we migh be able to cast TWO SPELLS AT ONCE.

Ok, let's adopt the symbol's shape and get our own zombies.

After a bit of straining, even having to (CAREFULLY) bite yourself to stay in the shape you're forming, you have decided that this is the most uncomfortable position you've ever been in.

Oh shit I think we have to talk to cast the spell? Maybe that's why wizards use their hands instead of biting themselves...

Guess we can't learn magic unless we also learn how to talk.

You decide you need to learn how to speak. First you fall down from standing in a weird way too long.
*Mouths out sounds which sound like wailing and not at all like talking*
After the 5th head lets go of the third neck, you start trying to talk. It doesn't sound like talking but it's a start due to not being a growl. All the other heads follow the fifth head's lead, resulting in a chorus of wails that even somehow scared the zombie clawing at the door away.
You know how to hear words but not how to say them.

But it feels like it. Anyway, we have nowhere to go till next morning, so let's spend the night in this tower practicing the talking thing.

You continue the sounds all night. You manage to get something that sounds like 'no' out so you concentrate on that.

The book you tried to eat chipped your fang. Maybe it has to do with the fact that the nearest book was iron-bound...
You try again on a nearby skinbound book. It tasted weird and was a bit chewy. After a while, all you've gotten was a small stomach ache. Darn it! this was foolproof and you ate the wrong book.

Clearly reading books isn't going so well. If we get bored we can try it later. Currently we are bored with playing with books, heck we just tried to eat one!

Bogeymen are likely to annoy you more than anything else, check the time, if there's time EAT MORE KILL MORE. Felt good getting so many kills, what if we doubled the figure?

Consider throwing some stuff some more, never a bad thing to be good at throwing.

Dear Urist McStockpileDrone
I just found a barrel which contained a wheelbarrow. Inside the wheelbarrow was another barrel. I don't even understand how that is possible.
