Damn. And my will is down to 41, I'll never be a psionic.

I'm split between fire in the hole and snap shot. Take whichever best suit your play style.

No one went down, you guys just got nasty wounds. You only lose will if you need to be stabalized/revived. 41 isn't amazing, but it's about right for this rank considering that you started around 30.

oh. Then I'll take the Irish Lance Corporal. Keep everything the same, but change the name to Chris "Oney O'Niell"

I'm fairly certain you suffer from will reduction when gravely wounded.

For that map, yeah.

You only take permanent stat damage when you're incapacitated and start bleeding out.

Yup. McSheb had 37 will at Specialist and 41 at Lance Corporal. You don't get your new stats until I pick your perk, so looks like no will loss at all.

During the mission is another matter entirely. Even armor damage lowers your stats with Red Fog on.

Don't forget that psionic soldiers naturally gain extra will as they level up, so that provides some bonus. Also things like officer will replacement affect psionics too (meaning a low willed psionic can still be epic with a good officer) and I find lots of times the huge amounts of bonus will from psionic specific equipment pretty much eclipses your normal will anyways.

Also the only time you lose will is when you are "critically wounded" (i.e. bleeding out) in battle. It has no relationship to how wounded you are listed as at the end of the battle. If you take enough damage it's totally possible to become "gravely wounded" without losing will.

Wa'sup? oh, it looks good, I'll take it!

With all these shooty perks, and no flashbang usage in living memory, I should probably switch to some sort of shooty item instead...

Aslo, As predicted, an awesome squad overcomes some painful ambushes. Well done team!

Here is hoping that I roll some extreme will-up!

No meld retrieval performance review? Weird, I could have sworn that they had those along with how many redshirts won't be returning and how long we will have to spend picking aliums out of out bootses.

And as for your performance review Omega. Clearing out the opposition is no small achievement, but between us my squad achieved it 17 times. You were the only one with the courage to secure the valuable alien technology. You are an asset to your species!

Some soldier updates:

I went with Fire in the Hole, since we have 1 of each and I prefer it slightly over snap shot. Did you want a different Nickname?

Here you go, Nidilap. Any other changes you want to him? (Armor style, color, helm, etc?)

You need to be a Corporal before you can get, and change, a nickname.

Thanks! I don't know how the new XCom works, so excuse me for my dumb-dumb.
