Well, I figure it'd be good for me to take something that benefits the team as a whole, and with the aim bonus provided by HAHA NOPE HEAT WARHEADS PLEASE THANKS

(S&M is decent, but overshadowed both by HEAT now and Packmaster later.)

And... ugh.  I think the NA bonus is worth fighting for.  It is past the halfway point in the month; wouldn't launching a satellite at the last minute save the country until next month?  We could spend next month forcing out air upgrades there.  How are we doing with the laser cannon upgrade?

Are we expecting to get any satellite uplink capacity increase by the end of the month?

In any case, I think we might get more benefit from not launching sats yet, we might need at least one of the new satellites to cover what we might lose over Africa, which means in any case we wouldn't be able to afford to blanket NA immediately. I'm going to suggest we reserve satellites, see if any nations request a satellite transfer, and then start interceptor production around the same time as any satellite transfers are initiated.

I'm also gonna suggest that we go for Experimental Warfare after Alien Materials finish researching, I think we're going to need to keep the skies clear as best as we can.

I guess Precision Shot, unless you think Disabling Shot would be better.
And change the nickname to Nyx.

Some soldier updates:

Here are the current requests we have from countries for Satellites

And... ugh.  I think the NA bonus is worth fighting for.  It is past the halfway point in the month; wouldn't launching a satellite at the last minute save the country until next month?  We could spend next month forcing out air upgrades there.  How are we doing with the laser cannon upgrade?
Yes, putting up a satellite at the last minute should let us save the US. However, we're going to really need to be ready with our air game there if we want to keep it past that one month.

We have two laser cannons being built, which will be done in a little over a week. We could build another, but it would require that we sell off a bunch of stuff. Not sure if that's worth it at this point.

We also have 2 Satellites ready and one being built. We do not, however, have quite enough engineers to start work on the final Satellite uplink that we'll need. Nor, at this point, would it be done before the end of the month. So I don't think we're getting the NA bonus this month regardless. We can still go for it, and just leave Mexico for next month. As long as we can keep the US Panic levels in check it's doable. Be it'll be tough, and another Terror mission could easily drive them back over the brink.

How are we going to save it without a satellite?

As a corollary questions, what are Russia and France offering?

I think he means we have a satellite for AMERICA!, but not a second for Mexico as well. So we could save them, but we couldn't activate the bonus yet.

Which is troublesome, because our air game is falling behind, but we can't afford to update it as fast as we'd like to because our air game is so far behind. Hrmmmmm...

Do the countries need to be friendly for the continent bonus to happen? Or do we just need to keep the satellites up...

They need to be part of the council for us to get the bonus.

And all of the nations are offering 2 Engineers for a Satellite over their nation.

If we don't get NA, it's not that bad. We can expand to EU and get all those rich countries, and then on top of it we'll have the Africa bonus for 30% extra cash. We'll be rolling in dough.

The aircraft foundry projects will still be really expensive but on a month to month basis we will actually be making more money from EU than NA despite its lower aircraft maintenance costs.

I'd say switch to europe, as it's a risk trying to hold on to NA. I suppose we could reclaim it later.

Can we nuke it from orbit, as the only way to be sure?
