Scripten, you say you want to see someone other than TolyK get lynched, so is it a good idea for you to recommend voting for him just to avoid a no-lynch, especially since there are seven other votes that weren't on TolyK or Vivalas at that point? What made you pick Vivalas over Caz and Comrade, your other two scum reads?

flabort, similar question. TolyK was had one vote more than anyone else before you voted for him. Is your only reason for the vote to break the tie? Is that a good enough reason?

Unvote, Yes my only reason for voting him is that I didn't want to see a no-lynch and he has played more than the other guy.
Also, no, he was tied with Vivalas at the time that I voted him, because the voter before me made it a tie. So someone had to break the tie.

Voting to avoid a no lynch is a good idea, though it is not as important in this setup as it is in the beginners' games. If I really wanted to ensure a no lynch, I'd vote for TolyK, but I'm currently town reading him to a moderate extent.

Comrade isn't as scummy and Caz has no votes on him right now. My vote would have pretty much just been a vanity vote rather than one made to accomplish something.

Although, I suppose I'm as good a candidate as any, since I'm not a power role, so I have no need to preserve myself. (Yeah, I'm going ahead and claiming vanilla. No point not too.)

Besides why did you think I would claim third party? I can conjure to mind only one role that it might be beneficial: survivor. Is there any others you can think of?

You also haven't pressed me on the AT gun answer, why is that? Were you planning on leaving it to someone else?

I would hand it over to someone else. My reasons are mostly selfish, I just wanna live. Since scum might attack the lookout and I want to avoid being killed, I don't want the job. I would rather someone more experienced have it and possibly use it rather than me using it and possibly waste it by hiding when scum attack someone else.

How did you select Caz, Flabort?

Reason for Tiruin and Silthuri: I have either seen them mod or IC which suggests they are experienced. Persus was another IC you didn't want him though. TDS a mod but I don't know payback? He didn't like my joke case. 

As to what my question was meant to do. It was to help get a hold on your perceptions. Your view on a word changes depending on where you stand in an argument. Scum would consider town targets and their view would change accordingly. They mightn't say it because it could be perceived as scummy to say such a thing, but you never know what you'll draw out. What you've said is being examined.

Your pieces for Caz and mastahcheese are kind of pointless. You're avoiding watch duty because a more experienced player could do it better. How? Everyone has the same access to abilities on lookout duty, and if scum think you're less of a threat than an experienced player, they'd surely be more likely to kill a more experienced player on duty?

You word associations just seem bizarre to me. Why would scum not fake a townie answer to that just as easily to anything else? Why are three word associations not enough?

The piece to Mastahcheese is not kinda pointless, in terms of gameplay it is definitely pointless. As to an experienced player they are more likely to trick the scum in my opinion. I think they would be more effective in bluffing the scum causing them to be caught or waste their kill on a hiding lookout. As to scum faking answer they might leave out certain words because they feel they have to be more careful. As to why 3 isn't enough, only 1 relates to the game. He's playing the game so those should come easily. I don't mind that some of them aren't related but Scripten seems to be doing it just to try and annoy me especially when his previous answers are considered. Even voting him doesn't get a serious response.

Also hello. I don't know why I need to elaborate on something with no meaning, just doing it for fun. Just imagine someone's face when you turn and laugh at them for no reason whatsoever, weird but funny. Or creepy. Depends on your point of view.

Again, the interaction with mastahcheese is not that of a person taking this seriously. Why is it fine for you to joke around with cheese, but Scripten has to take your dubious question seriously? Your justification for leaving a vote on Scripten is a spelling mistake, which again is not exactly the behavior of someone who wants their own questions taken seriously. As for 'blowing them all to pieces', who could that refer to? Scum? Town? Serial killers? Vague answers are vague.

If you'll note I did provide mastahcheese with a serious response. I have bolded it. I explained why I did it. Scripten has so far joked off every question I have asked or missed it in one case (pointed out above in Scripten section). My joking was not caused in response to a question meanwhile any question I attempted to ask was fobbed off with humour.

As to my vague answer. We are in the 1st infantry division explain to me why I would need an Anti-Tank gun in a situation where we are hunting spies.

Did you forget Deathsword and Persus or were they left out for convenience? You gave yourself a much weaker player and scummier player as a partner, this kinda scewed it in your favour. It could be an attempt to make public opinion appear on your side. Don't tell me this is random either, Tiruin and Silthuri together seems like too much of a coincidence.

I'd still like to know what Shamrock learned from the word associations before the day is out.

Try to scumhunt more than anyone else. Hopefuly, that would make people think me as very much town and while that might make me a target to scum, laying low would also make me a prime night-kill target, since there'd be nothing indicating it was a scumkill.

Why would laying low make you a night-kill target? Don't scum like players that aren't doing anything?

Whenever I play scum, I tend to go for low-activity targets as night-kill targets, because, since they acted so little, there is very little interaction with them for anyone to trace it back to me. Killing high-activity players is far riskier, as they are probably attacking you or your scumbuddies, and it looks bad if they die while attacking someone.

Fair enough. As scum, what would make you go after a more active target?
