The schedule is fairly soft, all in all.  What time during the day it happens is really up to you.  I've drawn things in the morning, to avoid overlapping name lists when multiple copies are coming from different people... I've drawn things last thing before bed, because my hair was on fire all day.  It's okay, really. 

Have you been trying to get through exams?  I had my last one yesterday...  I'm a free man!

I think you should reconsider on To The Moon...  I bought a copy for myself based on Sappho's review once upon a time, and there are two more copies on the schedule with only one person signed up right now.  You won't be depriving anyone else if you keep it, even if it sits in your backlog for many moons.
