A single item of no more than £10.
The run off is just to account for the sale lowering prices, and can be mostly ignored for your part, as the aonly difference needed is the pm.

I think people will probably account for sale prices when making their requests, with steamdb.info giving us a good sense of what to expect.

Listing it as single Steam game of up to £10 to draw on the 22nd, with a note on currency conversion (approx. US$15.75 right now), and the link back to your post.
