In the world I live in, yelling and slamming doors with no indicator of any kind towards being silly, humourous, or cheeky... is called "throwing a tantrum."  I would not tolerate that from my teenaged daughter, so I definitely won't tolerate it from some random teen on the internet.

Every giveaway has rules; this one has more than most, due to its size.  I am spending a non-trivial sum of my own time to make this happen for everyone (in the shadow of final exams, I might add), and a non-trivial sum of my own money.  The major contributors that have helped fill out the schedule have done the same...  they have spent more on gifts than me, and it takes time to flog out results, contact winners, etc.

Really, I'm not trying to be a vicious little bureaucrat about all this.  If someone cannot respect the contributors' time enough to honour the rules (or even give the illusion they actually read them), why should I let them participate?  To be clear, I am not disqualifying IronTomato from participating.  I've already given hints on how to succeed in signing up...  it's up to him to locate and comprehend them.
