He's making a distinction between the two versions on the calendar, and he was already entered for one of them...  Each has different DLC attached.

I don't know where people got the idea that today is the "last day" for anything...  It's the _first_ day!  Entries do not close when drawings begin; this thing is wayyy too large to reasonably do that, and it would punish late-comers also.
