I'm fairly certain webadict simply didn't have the time to send all the gifts yet, but just to be sure, if you get a steam gift, where does it shows up?

If it's a proper within-Steam gift, you'll get a notification next time you log in.

I think most of webadict's stuff is via Humble, so he'll be sending folks PMs with a gift link...  there's a limit on PMs per day, apparently, so it'll take him some time to chew through his last list (which was about 6 days worth in a go).
