Albion

Some troops and ships are repainted and moved around. You know own the most fabulous Navy in Europe: all your ships get +1 morale.

Your engineers point out that the Capitol Building already come with a fully-fledged HQ.

Make an official declaration of War against the Ottoman Sultanate

Move 1 army from #63 to #61
Launch fleet from #62 to Gulf of Lyon
Convoy 1 army from #67 to #55 via Gulf of Lyon

Build AA in #65, #55 & #60

Edit: I also switch techs to Construction Advancements, then receive Radar from France.

Spanish Empire

War! After the last few months of finally building a large amount of military HQs, you are ready to strike! Your target is ballsy though: the Ottoman Empire, the world's largest military power. Your marines quickly occupy parts of Italy, securing a large supply of potential recruits.

Also, since you instant-researched CA, you should select a new technology.

State of Prussia is grateful that Spanish Empire have decided to join them against the Ottomans. We are ready to offer Trade, Research and Alliance treaties, and shall sweeten the deal with Shortwave Communications if only the Spanish promise to not share the tech.
