The Republic of Europa embolden by the wave of peace offer peace with Turks giving up all claims to Eastern Europa and Politely asking the return of Roma if possible.

There shan't be peace in our time.

As Crimea is transferred to French rules, the local Russian troops immediately seize it. As a result, France decide not to move its troops out of Southern Germany until that situation is resolved.

France send Radio Communications to Albion and Southern Europe, and request Howitzers and Modern Chemistry from its ally.

Albion must note, with sadness, that it appears that the Scandinavians have chosen to align themselves with the Prussians, with whom we're at war. Unfortunately, to ensure the security of Albion and rest of the Western world, we have no choice to continue, and if needed expand, our military occupation of Scandinavia.

Army movements

1 Fleet from Balthic to the Gulf of Bothnia
1 army from 10 to 12
1 army from 10 to 11

1 fleet from the Channel to the Irish Sea
1 army from 5 to 60
1 army from 8 to 66

1 army from 60 to 63
1 army from 63 to 65
1 army from 66 to 65

1 fleet from the Channel to the North Sea
2 fleets from the Mid-atlantic to the North Atlantic

Construction

Railroad in 10
Fortifications in 83,65
Port in 2,6

Diplomacy

End the alliance with Scandinavia
Offer a trade treaty with Russia
Give France Howitzer and Modern Chemistry

Once again we stand under the balcony of the State Palace in Allenstein, where Chief of State is to deliver a speech regarding the less than honorable dealings of the Russian Empire. Here he is! Dressed in the black and blue and grey uniform of the State Army, the Chief steps out onto the balcony!

"Russian Empire has been conducting itself most dishonorably in recent days. Why, the recent seizure of the Crimea and dealings with our enemy, the Albion, can only be described as nothing else but a knife in the back. Therefore, we felt prudent to send an ultimatum to the Russian Empire. Their embassy, hopefully, will read it quick as we demand an answer in a month's time."

State of Prussia issues an ultimatum to Russian Empire:

1. Crimea shall be handed over to Empire Francois or State of Prussia.
2. Armies currently stationed in Eastern Ukraine and Crimea have to leave toward main Russian territory.
3. Russian Empire will not do dealings with the Albion, but with Ottoman Empire, or Scandinavia.

State of Prussia demands an answer within a month. Failure to comply will further dampen our relations, and if an action threatening Prussia further will be taken, we will see no other option than go to the war with Russian Empire.

The leader of the Russian Empire issued a formal response.

"Greetings dear Prussia,
I've been receiving letters (under the Ministry of Foreign Relations) regarding recent events. The...mistake of dealing with Albion was unknown to me at the time being--I was only looking forward to peace with all those in this continent. Regardless--whichever 'shady dealings' anyone could see, did not occur What had happened recently, is...a miscommunication. I had made sure that the delegations of peace were heeded by all diplomats in the area.

I had no response from Spain, as well as from France.

Before you issue an ultimatum, ask yourself these things; did we have any idea that it would be traded off to France, who indignantly had no contact with us (despite...being there?), and due to this, our forces would technically have to attack the area due to the lacking response of this war? It was my mistake alone in dealing with Albion (specifically, the technology trade), but I hadn't known that at the time being (and it wasn't completed for some reason, anyway). As your ally, we are also concerned with how you are with Albion--if they trouble you, then ask us to aid you against them.

Oh, and I had already issued the note to return Crimea to you. We did not know that they would be...willingly traded to France. We did not also know that for some reason--and for no note in advance, that our research treaties with you had to be broken in dealing with France instead.

As a response, the Russian people as a whole are concerned. Why does Prussia have "shady dealings" with France, that go through? Our forces near the Crimean Peninsula had no idea that they would suddenly adopt the French ideals, so in behalf of miscommunication, they took it. Did we threaten Prussia offhandedly, in anyway?"

Appended is a note:
Quote
> Albion was also our enemy just as much as they are yours. This doesn't mean we've backstabbed you.
...I received a citation for it, though.

((Also you already have a Trade Treaty with me? But no research Treaty?))

Summarized version:
> We had no idea (Tiruin didn't see) that Crimea would go into French hands.
> France did not accept our offer for Peace. For some reason.
> Russia is curious about no more research treaty :(
> We will recall, yes. But after we attack the French-owned #27 (if they really aren't responding to our curiosity on why they still won't accept peace)
> What did Russia threaten Prussia with? It seems that way from all the wording there.

> ..On a historical view, may we have the areas Prussia had taken from Albion, when Russia was attacked by them?

((To be clear: France DID accept Russia's peace offer. Then Prussia gave France Crimea, Russian troops found themselves in French territory without an alliance, which under the rule is a declaration of war. So war broke out again.))

Scandinavia formally condemns the Scandinavian land grab. The PM also points out that France had officially ended the war against Prussia and Russia, and that it may be treacherous to continue fighting for little more than land.
