Diplomacy

Offer Spain Diesel Fuel in exchange for Modern Chemistry.
Offer again to Russia exchanging Military Aircraft in exchange for Primitive Tanks for both Ottoman Sultanate and Prussia.  There is now a mutual non-retrade clause on this offer; that no party will distribute tech received from this without written consent from the tech's originator.

Ottoman Sultanate

The French fleet is a threat to your empire. You set out in the Aegean to sink it.

Code: [Select]
1+3 v. 6+1
Ottoman Fleet sunk.

4+3 v. 6+1
6+3 v. 2+1
Southern Fleet sunk

3+3 v. 2+1
French Fleet sunk

Not a perfect victory, but a victory nonetheless.

You then proceed to land on Cyprus.

Code: (Battle of Cyprus) [Select]
3+1 v. 6+2
Ottoman army destroyed.

Sadly, despite deploying the new "Howitzers" you cannot dislodge the defenders.

You launch another operation at the French troops holed up in Tbilisi.

Code: [Select]
2+2 v. 6+2
Ottoman army destroyed.

Not frightened by those defeat, a third assault is launched across the strait of Messina.

Code: (Battle of Messina) [Select]
2+2 v. 3+2
Ottoman army destroyed.

Three battles, three defeat.

Offer again to Russia exchanging Military Aircraft in exchange for Primitive Tanks for both Ottoman Sultanate and Prussia.  There is now a mutual non-retrade clause on this offer; that no party will distribute tech received from this without written consent from the tech's originator.
The Russian Empire agrees to this trade, after issuing a citation towards its newly elected leader. It apologizes to Prussia for its uncoordinated attitude earlier on, and also presents a customized Matryoshka doll in the figure of the Prussian leader as a gift, along with a heartfelt note of apology from the Russian leader, however, it is curious as to the abrupt idea of dismantling treaties from Prussia and inquires as to why this is happening. It also asks why Prussia is trading away places with France, when a historical notice sees that many places owned by Prussia was originally Russian--as a request, the Empire asks to reconsider the dismantlement of treaties, and Prussia's swift response before anything else may take place.

Did Prussia forget about Russia? :(

The Russian Empire also extends an offer to the Spanish people, with trade of the knowledge of the Primitive Radio for their knowledge of Modernized Chemistry, primarily due to the influx of culinary cuisine and winter-style cooking.

((also before I complete my turn, can I ask for the updated map? My armies aren't showing correctly in the latest map...as I heard it hit the army cap. I only count 11.))

The Russian Empire appends a request to this trade: That no offensive relations be taken between countries Prussia and the Ottomans are adjacent to, while the schematics are in their hands for {the next 2 turns after receiving the technology}.

The Empire also warns France due to their misconduct behind the scenes. It also sternly warns France for governing a territory which, culturally, wasn't theirs to begin with.

Anatasiya of the Russian Empire looks towards the historians and topographers and decides to use the most direct route instead.

Scandinavian owned: Oslo (9) South Sweden (10) North Sweden (11) Lapland (12) and Denmark (79)

We politely request that Albion return Oslo and South Sweden, Russia return North Sweden and Lapland, and Prussia return Denmark.

((Edited my post, sorry for the lack of info--was busy rushing to school
...Also playing a1s is so confusing @_@))

The Russian Empire would agree to such terms--provided that in exchange, due to political and economic fallout, all military provincial improvements in such areas (ie The Military HQ, but not the fortifications) are rolled back, or if not possible--paid back in return (via full {army limit} support for four turns) by the Scandinavian state in the proceeding years; with the offer being non-reconcilable. Its leader understands the tension caused by the sudden advance in the recent years, and notes that any fortifications or other improvements may be retained--that if such an offer is accepted, all Russian armies are returned towards {#14, of whom I am embarrassed to forget the name of}, and a de facto alliance is formed between the two countries, to heal any wounds caused by the previous leader. The alliance is to remain at least for 5 turns unbroken by either side--after such a time has passed, the Icelandic leader may have the choice to continue or not. Either way is to his response.

Also cakes. The Russian state requests Icelandic cakes in return for smoked meats.

Next: Russian Empire asks how the Ottoman Sultanate feels about the Prussians and the Russian Empire, and the State of Prussia how it feels about the Albionese and the Russian Empire.

State of Prussia continues to believe that Russian-Albionese dealings were shady and therefore we continue our mild dislike toward Russian Empire.

The Ottoman Sultanate is unsure what you ask in detail.  Is it being requested that the Ottomans cease operations against the S. Europans and the French?  Because that is completely unacceptable.

If the request is to not attack the Russians and the Albionese, that is quite acceptable.

The Prussian Empire is a faithful ally, while the Russians have been fair and forthright so far, if a bit unpredictable.

The Russian Empire sends a cordial reply in return--their current leader is merely concerned with the state of general affairs, what with the land expansion and the statistics on military superpowers of Europe. Russia sends its regards, especially from those in the east, towards this expansion of power and control.

The Empire is concerned with future stability and treatment of those in annexed provinces, along with cultural assimilation.

((...wait, I need a conditional from Iceland >_> Uh. 'Requesting Max. Army support from another country as trade--despite not being in the rules, is still valid right?
Because if not possible--then I really have to wait for Playergamer's response.))
