Build a port in 1, and dismantle the railroad and academy in 10. If you can only dismantle 1, railroad.

Switch research to Primitive Radio.

We'll have to wait on Sheb for confirmation, but I'm fairly sure you can only build/dismantle 1 PI/province/turn. (so please choose in advance which one, to speed up the game)

With its newly found status as an island nation, an harbor was needed in Iceland. At the same time, railroads were destroyed in Sweden, in a pitiful bid to slow the Russian advance.

I must say I don't get you. Why didn't you build an academy on 28? Or fortifications on 26?

Russia would like to offer Albion a research treaty. Or trade, his choice (but I prefer research).

War! War! Thus was the cry in the streets of Paris, Lyon, Munich and Austria. After over 90 years, Spain was the first country to dispute Paris' rule. Raising high the banner of independence, the Spaniards had bit the hand that had sheltered them for so long.

The Empire offers a trade treaty to the republic of Southern Europe to help them in the fight against the traitorous bastards. It also call on all vassals of the Empire to join in the fight against the Spaniards.

//I'm correct to believe I have 5 armies by my turn right?

The State of Prussia is willing to declare peace with Scandinavia.

Army from #76 to join with #78, build HQ there.
1 Army from Capital and army from #74 to #22, build HQ there as well
And build fortifications in Silesia.

As the trumpets of war sound throughout Europe, the Ottoman Sultanate moves its troops to the front lines...

In local news, port soundings were finally completed and construction began on the modern ports in West Anatolia...

Army Movement:

39 to 40

Construction:

HQ in 40
Academy in 33
Port in 34

The soldiers' legs are cramped from sitting. Maneuvers!
Move armies:
9->10
12->9
15->16
15->26
2x16->26
17->24
17->25
18->23
Fortify:9,25
Academy:17

(sanity check: I expect to end up with
Territory#Amies
91
101
161
231
251
241
263
)

The State of Prussia is willing to declare peace with Scandinavia.
We concur. Free State of Iceland may have peace if they wish. Russia hereby relinquishes all claim on their island (unless we are attacked ;))

Trade treaty for me, I'm afraid. A research treaty will offer me no tangible benefit (all bonus research just ends up in the overflow).

Okay, I'll finish the turn later, but a1s, you can't build both fortifications and an academy in the same province in the same turn.
