That one. Yes :)

State of Prussia is grateful that Spanish Empire have decided to join them against the Ottomans. We are ready to offer Trade, Research and Alliance treaties, and shall sweeten the deal with Shortwave Communications if only the Spanish promise to not share the tech.
Spain agrees!

Ottoman Empire

If the massacres of the past month have shown that attacking well fortified positions is foolish, not-so-well defended positions freshly taken from you aren't exactly the same thing. You manage to wrestle Slovakia back from its occupier, but in Italy the Spanish armies are making great use of the fortifications you erected and manage to held back your troops. At least they are now cut off from reinforcement thanks to your sailors' heroism.

Empire Français

Diplomacy

France grants the Ottoman Empire and Albion its Radar. It hopes the Ottoman Empire will recirpocate and grant it the technologies it needs to fight our common enemies, including Shortwave Communications and Fertilizers.

France also denounce the Spanish attempt at blackmail. Spains threatened to occupy legitimate French land unless bought off by getting the product of French scientists' sweat. If Spain do not present excuse, France might consider restarting hostilities.

Troops

Once more a detachment of French soldiers strike at Brittany, without success.r

5+2 vs. 6+6

1+2 vs. 1+6

Construction
Some airfields deemed unnecessary are removed, while French engineers build AA defense in newly-conquered Slovakia.

Sorry, REAL unstable net during these past days (and now-day).

Make an official declaration of War against the Ottoman Sultanate
Albion wonders along with the French Why Spain has declared war on these current grounds from recent action.

Spain has always been a friend of the Prussians, regardless of any public statements otherwise. As our friend is at war with the Ottomans and we are in a position to help them, we must do so.

Albion reports that despite any political pressure--the Ottomans have not given them [Albion] any kind of offensive statement (in as far as the new leadership recalls), though they deeply warn that the recent give-back of territory, only to see it being used for war, is in itself a cause for reclamation.

Spain has been warned. Unless France has anything to say about it.

France still wants excuse from Spain, and is glad to see Albion help bring diplomatic pressure to bear.

Albion warns Spain of War if the continued usage of their newfound military would not be for their own defenses--but merely for the aid of previous alliances; lest Albion will take measures to do the same.
