The Ottoman Sultanate moves forward to ensure the French are removed from the East, as they should be.

Troop Movements

Launch Fleets from 34 and 35 to the Black Sea; transport armies via them:
  39 -> 25
  35 -> 27 [joint attack with below]
28 -> 27

//I'm curious; if this causes one fleet to sink, will you roll randomly to see which army is lost?  If not, I want the 25-bound army to survive

32 -> 28
44 -> 72
47 -> 56
54 -> 56

37 -> 50 [via fleet in Ionian]
49 -> 50 [via fleet in Tyrhenian]
2x Ionian -> Tyrhenian

Construction

Academy in 27, 50 //Yes, risking wasting PI just to make sure these stay up
Railroad in 49
Airfield in 25, 44, 53, 54

France express concerns that the Ottomans might try to use the territory of a neutral to stage attacks.
France also wonders why the Ottoman Sultanate doesn't share Howitzer with it's supposed "ally".

Err...Sheb? I constructed the fleet at the Barents Sea, not the Gulf of Bothnia :P (Also I'm having net troubles)

Russia nudges Prussia and asks why Prussia isn't asking Russia for knowledge of THEIR Modern Chemistry!
Does Russian cake not satisfy the more centralized of Europeans?
(Also Russia nudges again on Eastern Ukraine and historical notes)
Russia also nudges the Ottomans for Howitzer tech aid? Or...at least a response on it?

Navy:
Fleet constructed at the Barents coast (@#14), cast off and attack the Albion fleet stationed in that sea! {That fleet at #14 should be on the Barents side}
All fleets at the Gulf > Move to the Baltic.
> Create another fleet at the harbor facing the Barents Sea from #14

Army:
> 1 army from #26 to #15
> 1 army from #17 to #14
> 1 army from #20 to #9
> 1 army from #13 to #12
> 1 army from #15 to 12
> All remaining armies from #14 to attack #11 [leave one army behind]
> All remaining armies from #12 to attack #11 [leave one army behind]

PI//Construction:
= Naval Port at #9
= Academy (So it really isn't a lab...) at #12
= Airfield at #19

If Russian Empire is so inclined, we will gladly receive secrets of Modern Chemistry from them.

Prussian State accepts the blueprints for the second time, yes. We also kindly ask our friends Ottomans about Howitzers, while there is still time this month.

The Ottoman Sultanate grants this reasonable request.

The Russian Empire is dismayed that the Ottomans carelessly pushed aside their own inquiry which had been days earlier than the Prussians. :-\

Request the formal Surrender of the Russian Empire
Diplomacy Response:
The Russian Empire shall never surrender to the backstabbing Albionese! In the least--the trade of research and technology would've paved the road initially early on, after the old czar's leave, but the Albionese had not accepted.

Inclusive is the treaty on Icelandic soil--such an act, without any earlier warning or message towards the Scandinavians is intolerable and an act of war in itself, to be carried out by the remnants of the Icelandic forces, and their Russian allies.

Russia asks the Spanish if they are willing to trade Howitzer technology, given that most of their authority figures assume the Ottomans do not like them.

Reviewing our reports on the Russian Empire, the Spanish have discussed that we are apparently at war with them. On the condition that the Russian Empire is willing to officially declare peace and the promise that they will give Spain Improved Railroads once it is developed, we will give the Russians Howitzers.

Russian Empire agrees fully, and wonders why it was at war with Spain in the first place.
