: "We've got plenty! Let's see here... We have the ancient enemy of Undine, the Gargoyles. They are like these horrible flying horned bastards that carry crude spears. Undine killed most of em back in the day, but I think there are still remnants of em flying about here and there. Then we've got sea monsters like... Ohh, the Kraken! I've never heard of a man who has seen it, but it's this big beaked thing with tentacles, skinny fleshy arms and it uses them to rip off the heads of sailors and sink their ships. Then... Sirens! Singing woman who stand on rocky shores and charm men into crashing their ships into the cliffside!"

: "Then there is the Great White Whale."

"Sirens and whales sound interesting..."

Stheno makes a note of the reagents she'll need from there and thanks the woman before heading off to find Elanore and the others. They were probably exploring the mage shops and other boring places. She set about asking locals for directions.

: "Normal whales are fine. They die and stuff. But the Great White Whale is scary shit. I've known more than a few young captains who thought they would try their hand at slaying it and never came back. The wreckage of their ship was later found up the Domirian coastline. No survivors were found. They say the whale swallowed em whole."

[SeriousConcentrate]

"No shit? Huh. Well I've never even seen a whale of any kind. But people do hunt them, right?"

Beryn grinned to himself.

"Man, that white whale though. I bet if I bagged that, people would would remember that for a long time..."

: "If you're smart, you'll forget I told you anything about it. The Great White Whale makes it's meal out of fools like you."

After a few minutes of wandering she arrives to find Fer and Amberly near the only open magical bookstore in town.

"Oh, hello. I don't believe we've formally met yet. You're.. Amber? And.. The Fire Mage. I'm sorry, I don't know your name. I was looking for Miss Damiel and thought to find her here."

[Sirus]

: "...It's Amberly. You were one of the ones with the merchant wagon, right?"

[SeriousConcentrate]

"I'll keep that in mind. Got any other legendary beasts?"

Beryn's tone was curious.

[Glowcat]

: "...It's Amberly. You were one of the ones with the merchant wagon, right?"

"Why yes, along with my traveling companion."

She gives a slight curtsy and smiles as she makes Amberly's acquaintance despite the nun's terse greeting after having her name mangled.

"And I am Stheno Euryale. It is a pleasure to finally meet you."

[Powder Miner]

:"My name's Fer Jasso. It's nice to meet you!"

[Sirus]

Amberly bowed in return, doing her best to remind herself that the green-haired woman was not the one she was angry with.

: "Pleased to meet you as well."

[Glowcat]

"I don't suppose either of you know who I talk to about purchasing supplies? A quartermaster perhaps? These privateers seem a bit disorganized, with the captain running off and the crew going to get drunk or Undine knows what. I'll admit that I'm a bit out of my element."

[Powder Miner]

Nervous smile is nervous.
:"Hah, well... I'm usually pretty out of the loop."

[Sirus]

The nun shook her head. She seemed to be doing that a lot.

: "The one called Aiesha, maybe? I'm afraid I've only been with these people one day, I don't know much more than you do."
