//Now onto second issue: SC, mounted units do not have 2 actions per turn since FEF2, so you cannot grab&drop in the same turn. That's why Stheno is still carried by Beryn and that's where the combat penalties come from. And no, you don't get bonus evade from Mountains - fliers have to dismount first to gain terrain bonuses (and MOV costs).
