The wyvern rider wrapped the reins in his left hand for control and placed his right arm across her waist to keep her steady as he guided Prata up into the air, the beating of his wings stirring up a small cloud of sand.

The group left Hydro-G which had its door close up and seal itself after Margaret beeped in its direction.

"Now let's go meet with those friends of yours!" Clunk clunk clunk...

....Meanwhile, few bandits roamed the outskirts of the village that was resting under the House of Scholar's hill...

"Boss! Da village is abandoned. Them killers must've left with that villagers... A big, muscular man, no doubt the leader of the bandits, grunted.

"Blaaaaah. First my little boys get killed by some thugs hired by the villagers, now ya tellin' me they gone!? Search for tracks or somethin', I ain't gonna leave this like dat!"

Ethan stopped in his tracks, with Prata bumping against his head and making out a scared 'gnrrrrl'.

"Oh I think there are some bandits crawling about." Ethan was a master of spotting people - especially that one on a dune nearby.

"Amberly, I thought we dealt with bandits living near your monastery the last time we were here?" Ethan nonetheless prepared his axes for some cuttin'.

Beryn to 20,14 and place Lucrezia on 21,14 since Jesseo isn't going to make it there. Make sure Slim Lance is equipped.

"Sorry darlin', got to cut this ride short. Prata and me aren't used to fighting with a third, and you'll probably find it easier to defend yourself on solid ground 'til you get some more flight experience. But don't worry, we can take a rain-check on it."

He winked at Lucrezia as he helped her down, then turned to the bandits and raised his slim lance.

"Got it Jess!"
