He stepped away and to the side slightly, giving her an encouraging smile and making an 'after you' gesture with his left hand.

"You got it, boss." Aiesha went in the direction Cetus had gone, and spotted him not long after. "Hey, Ethan says we're moving out."

"Yeah, sure, great. Whatever. I'll be right behind you all."

Despite what he was saying, he didn't make much of a move.

Aiesha just stood and waited, not content to leave before Cetus. Eventually, she spoke up.

"I'm glad you're safe by the way. I didn't really get a chance to say it during the rescue and then we came down here right away. I kinda panicked a little when I woke up and you were missing."

Fer rushed back to Amberly with a sigh.
:"Well, there aren't any other plaques. And since the others are apparently suddenly eager to be moving, I'm thinking that plaque might be our only discovery, for now. Still... give me those in a couple of minutes? I want to write them down in my notebook."

With a sigh, Cetus slowly got up.

"Yeah, well, not sure why with the way I keep messing things up around here it seems. But sure. Lets just go. Don't want to keep everyone waiting."

As Beryn wiped away Luc's tears, they were replaced with a burning blush.

Her scrubbed at her eyes with her free hand, before offering Beryn a small smile.

She took a few steps, then hesitated.

Aiesha realized what she'd said, and sighed. "...Even when I'm the one being a dope."

Beryn stopped by Lucrezia, looking down at her.

"Hmm? What's up, Luce?"

And so, the team Angst ventured downards.

The stairway turned to the left, right, and right again, before they got to the next floor.

Beryn thought about it for a moment, and got it.

"Sure. Here. We'll explore this area together."

He held his open hand out to her, near but not quite touching hers.

Like she expected it to bite her, her tentatively placed her hand on Beryn's, almost erupting into flames.
